Charles J. Chodak of Pittsford passed away peacefully on Monday January 16, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Chodak is predeceased by his first wife Christine, sister Margie Streb , mother and father Gertrude and John. Survived by his Wife, Judi (Kolupski) Chodak, sons, James and daughter-in-law Ann Chodak, Craig Chodak, grandchildren Elizabeth (Howie) Revans, Laura, Alison, Ayana, Nicholas and Charlie, many nieces and nephews, and cousins. He was a retiree of Xerox a member of the Polish Falcons nest 52 and a member of Saint Stanislaus Church.

His family will receive friends FRIDAY 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 10:00 AM at ST. STANISLAUS CHURCH for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A special thank you to the oncology staff of the Wilmont Cancer Center for the care given Chuck. In lieu of flowers please consider the Wilmont Cancer Center.
