Obituary of Steve Manou

Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the age of 89. Predeceased by his parents, Minas and Anastasia Manou, wife, Kathy; sister, Emorfia Tonas. He is survived by his wife, Maria; children, Christine (Tom) Zawodzinski, Mike (Corina) Manou, Sandy (Ed) Rohr; grandchildren, Stephen Zawodzinski, Rebecca and Chris Manou, Elena and Lia Rohr; sisters, Despina Stathopoulos and Agapi Theodorou; and many nieces and nephews.

Steve was the owner of Steve's Apollo Restaurant on Maple St for over 25 years. He loved his grandchildren and was an avid gardener.

Calling Hours will be held Thursday January 19th 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Trisagion Service 6:00pm. Friends are invited to meet the family Friday January 20th at 10:00am at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church for his funeral service. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation or the American Heart Association, P.O. 417005, Boston, MA 02241.
