I am sorry to hear about Joe passing into the next world so soon. What a positive and good humored fellow. I first worked with Joe many years ago (1980's)while he was with Rochester Products and I was with Cadillac. The next time around was when he was involved in the founding of ValTech. I always had utmost respect for Joe's integrity and honesty; his sense of humor and positive attitute were icing on the cake. He will be missed in this world.

Joe was one of the important people in my life that I missed when I left Jamestown NY for Mooresville NC 10 years ago. I tried to stay in touch with Joe early on, but we hadn't talked in a few years. I didn't know he was sick and am deeply saddened by his passing. His courage to found Val Tech was (and still is) an inspiration to me. I admired and respected his honesty, credibility, and integrity. I will miss his smile and his sense of humor. Goodbye Joe. My prayers are with his family and close friends.

I completed my first century bike ride with Joe. What a pleasure to have his company for miles 67 through 100. He really helped get me through it with his stories about coaching soccer, running, and determination. I miss his smiling face at Val Tech and his laughter. He is surely biking in heaven.
