Christopher & Family: Kathy always was so proud of you. I worked at Oswego County with Kathy for a number of years. Her ready smile and ability to rise above her physical challenges are to be admired and that spirit will be fondly remembered. Peace to you all. My prayers are with you at this difficult time.

I was saddened to learn of Kathy's passing today. She was a supportive 'boss' at Employment and Training. I retired from DSS in 2005 and moved to Florida. I reached out to Kathy when I decided to be a Substitute Teacher in Marion County and she graciously wrote me a glowing recommendation. I remember her with fondness and my sympathies are extended to her family.

To Kathy's family . . .
I was very sad to read of Kathy's passing. We worked together for years at Social Services and at one time her office was right next to mine. Will always remember her smile and her genuine caring for her co-workers. To her family - my deepest sympathy but now she is happy as she has joined her beloved Frank. May you rest in peace.

Chris & Family, My heart was saddened when I read about your mom. Our lives had intertwined for decades. Paul did construction work on Chestnut Grove Inn, Kathy & I worked together at DET, my daughter & I took a photography class from your dad years ago, Kathy & I rode together to Mexico NY for more than a year and I have a Siamese cat, presently purring in my lap, that I got from your parents in 1998. They loved their Siamese cats! Frank was so loving and caring when your mom was dealing with her diabetes. And you mom NEVER complained about her health or anything. I remember the day that I dropped your mom off at the house after work and when she opened the front door, water was pouring from the ceiling as a pipe had burst. What a mess. I would have sat down and cried, but not your mom. She handled it very matter-of-factly as she did with many of the hurdles in her life. She was so proud of you, Chris, and a fine role model for all of us. She will be missed...Joan

I was saddened to learn of Kathy's passing today. My condolances to her son Christoper and to all of her family. I first met Kathy when we both worked at the Dept. of Social Services in Oswego County. I knew both Kathy and Frank and they were a very loving couple. Frank always looked out for Kathy due to her diabetes. I miss them both and have very good memories of them. Our DSS Retiree Group had our Christmas luncheon today and we were all saddened by the news of Kathy's passing. She will be remembered fondly.
