2 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews,
A special Thank you to the 7th floor staff at St. Ann's Home and Lifetime Care/Hospice for the wonderful care given to Charles.
Friends are invited to meet the family Monday 12:00pm at St. Ann's Home Chapel for his Memorial Mass. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, Tn. 38148-9956 in his memory.
