Irondequoit: Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the age of 92. Pre-deceased by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Recotta; son, Richard Amati; granddaughters, Susan(Jeremy) Smalline, Victoria Amati; great grandchildren, Alexia & Owen Smalline.
Sophie was a homemaker which she enjoyed & spending time with her family and friends.
Her family will receive friends WEDNESDAY 6:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family THURSDAY 10:00am at St. Mary's Cemetery in South Corning, NY for her graveside service.
