I have lived in Southern California since 1983, but have kept in touch with other members of my NHD&D family, including Eve. I will miss Eve's hysterical laughter, which made everyone else laugh even harder. Eve had a wonderful, warm side and was a generous, caring person. Her presence at more than one Christmas party made the event magical.
I will pray for her family and ask God to bless them all.

Eve and I became friends while working at Nixon Peabody. She was a wonderful friend, and I might add, a great cook. We had fun and a lot of laughs back then. I'm sorry she's gone but I'll always have the memories. I'll think of her often.

I met Eve in Dec. 1975 when I started at Nixon. On my first day she told me how happy she was that I was going to be working with her. Whenever I think of us at work, I can still hear her spelling Mr. Ierardi's name to callers on the phone. I always admired her devotion to her family and her dedication to her job. I'm sorry I can't be there due to a commitment out of town, but I will be thinking of her.
