Grandpa,
I don't know where to start because I have so many great memories thanks to you and Grandma. You taught me how to ride a bike (with a great banana seat), you also took me for rides on your riding mower. The most grateful thing I will always be indebted to you for....is when you would travel and hour and a half to pick Candy and myself up as children to come to your place for the week or weekend. You got us out of (what I considered) a house of horrors and kept us safe and happy. We both always cried when you took us back home, but knew we would be back with you soon. At Grandmas funeral when I lost it, You took me into your arms, showing me emotion that I've never seen before from you. What you did and said to me that day will always be in my mind. I am so grateful for that.
Also, you, Grandma, Lance, and Bonnie always went out of your way to do things for us and spend time with us. Some people don't realize...it's the "small things" that count. You have all....affected how I live my life today when it comes to raising Tyler and ALWAYS being there for him whenever he asks to do the smallest of things, such as video games, hiking, or just spending time in general together.
You and Grandma, are soooo missed and loved by many here. Your service and funeral was and event to remember for life.
Just wanted to leave a few memories and examples of how you have affected my life in such a positive way. I am a better person today because of you. I love and miss you soooooo much Grandpa :-(
