Hajduczok, Anastasia
Irondequoit: Monday, October 7, 2013 at the age of 90. Pre-deceased by her husband Gregory; Anastasia is survived by her children, Roman (Daiva), Maria and Dr. George Hajduczok; grandchildren, Lesyk and Katya; many nieces and nephews; as well as family in Ukraine.
Anastasia was a member of the Sisterhood of St. Olha at Ukrainian Catholic Church of Epiphany and the Ukrainian Cultural Center.
Her family will receive friends 4:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). (Panachyda 7:30pm) Friends are invited to meet the family Friday 10:00am at Ukrainian Catholic Church of Epiphany for her Divine Liturgy. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Ukrainian Catholic Church of Epiphany, 202 Carter St., Rochester, NY 14621.
