Dear Dan and Family: I was deeply saddened to hear of Anne's passing. She was always a lovely lady with a beautiful and welcoming smile. She was truly a special lady and a blessing to my younger cousins (Uncle Don's children). She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Noreene Stahlecker (Uncle Frank Gorall's daughter), your neighbor at the other end of the street.

I will miss her terribly. She was a 2nd mom to me, always quick with a hug or word of advice. She will forever be in my heart and I will see her one day in the glory of the kingdom. My love to my brother Dan, Nephew Tim, and Niece Sue. May you take comfort in the memories. I love you all.

To my dear brother Dan and his children - I am heartbroken at the passing of Anne from this life. I will never forget that day long ago when you showed up at a family picnic, wow...a brother and aunt I didn't even know I had! From that day forward your family became part of me. The love and kindness you showed me throughout the years had no limits. Never would you judge me, but help me and give great advice. Anne was like a second mother to many of us. Always opening up your house (and your fridge) to all of us. I will forever cherish the times I spent with her, especially sitting on the porch over at Durand. You two showed what love and commitment were all about. It's been a trying time for all of you these last few years. Let us have faith that God is in his heaven and that his hand is in our lives â€“ on the good days and on the bad. And let us have faith that the pains of mortality serve a purpose in eternity. Love you all, Scott

I am trying not to be sad and rmember working at St Anns with Anne and her laughin and t elling stories, or when she made me go down the hallcause she haf to show me something important that was left for me.....it was so gross! We laughed, she is truely in my heart and I am so sorry ...
