As manager of Corporate telecommunications at RG&E, I had the benefit of Julie wisdom and support in my dealings with Rochester Telephone. He was always a gentleman and most helpful in my contact. Later, after retirement, I continued that friendship as members of the Warner-Claudius Post 1013. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family during this sad time.
