Irondequoit. Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Peter is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Angeline "Ann" Lanio, children, Ronald(Diane) Lanio of GA., Alan(Ellen) Lanio and Jeanne(Stephen) Tkacik of VA., grandchildren, Court Lanio, Kristin(Mike) Hennessy, Taylor, Timothy & Paige Lanio, Sean & Annie Tkacik, brother, Donald(Jane) Lanio, sisters-in-law, Mary(Tony) Pasquarella, Antoinette(Dom) Ricci and Annabelle(Jim) Calandra, brother-in-law, Dick Power, sister-in-law, Marilynn Pettrone, many loving nieces and nephews. Peter was a Navy veteran of WWII, a retiree of the Eastman Kodak Co. and was a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather.
His family will receive friends Friday 5-8 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday 11:30am at St. Margaret Mary Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Camp Good Days & Special Times, 1332 Pittsford-Mendon Road, Mendon, NY 14506.
