Obituary of Thomas S. MacKay

MacKay, Thomas S. Irondequoit: Friday, May 2, 2014 at the age of 74. Loving husband & doting grandfather. Tom is survived by his wife, Judy; daughters, Amy(Drew) Friedman, Kristi MacKay Sullivan, Michelle(Darrell) Grigg; grandchildren, Jenna & Lauren Friedman, Connor & Carson Sullivan, Kaitlin & Rebecca Grigg; several nieces and nephews. Tom was a character!! Army Veteran of the Vietnam era. He was always fixing or jerry rigging something or playing with his electronic toys. The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude for the exceptional care given to Tom by Dr. William Rolls, RGH MICU & ED and Monroe Ambulance staff. His family will receive friends SUNDAY 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family MONDAY 11:00am at ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CABRINI at OUR LADY OF THE AMERICAS for his memorial mass. Interment Private.
