"Johnny"
Webster; Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his wife of 64 years, Mary Rosa Licata. Johnny is survived by his six children; Michael (Josie) Licata, Mary (Carl) Mondo, Billy Licata, Russell (Leslie) Licata, Joey (Debbie) Licata, Bethann (Lou) Clemente, 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Johnny was the founder of AJAY Glass Co. and was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. The family would like to thank Lifetime Care & Home Hospice, especially his loving nurse, Tatum Mondo; also Dr. Elizabeth Palis of the Veteran Affairs, for their compassionate and loving care of Johnny.
His family will receive friends TUESDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family WEDNESDAY 10:00 AM at HOLY SPIRIT CHURCH (1355 Hatch Rd.) for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Johnny's name to one of his favorite charities; Open Door Mission, 156 Plymouth Ave., North, Rochester, NY 14608 or a charity of your choice.
