Rochester: Died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Mrs. Pohlman is pre-deceased by her husband James A. Pohlman; son, John; grandson, Ryan. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Stephen) St. Jean; son, James (Cheryl) M. Pohlman; daughter-in-law, Margaret Pohlman; grandchildren, David & Laura St. Jean, Christopher Pohlman, Daniel Pohlman, Gina & Mark Bianchi; cousin, Barb Gentry; many friends in Connecticut, Maine and at Chapel Oaks in Rochester, NY.
Her family will receive friends SATURDAY 2-5pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Service and interment will be held in Connecticut at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Catholic Family Center Children, Youth & Family, 87 N. Clinton Ave., Rochester, NY 14604.
