John S. Lylak Jr.
Webster: John passed away peacefully at home in his sleep on Sunday, January 4, 2015. Predeceased by his father, John Sr.; sister, Susan. He is survived by his fiancee, Laura J. Flick; mother, Marlene Lylak; cousins, Karl (Lynn) Wallock, Brenda (Rob) Hyder, Heidi (Gerry) Zukoski, Gary (Vicki) Kudlacik, Christon Kudlacik, Stephanie (Stefan) Agulair all from VA, Rick (Kim) Kudlacik, Jeffrey Kudlacik of KS.
His career at Cadillac, GM & Delphi fueled his love for muscle cars. There wasn't a motor he couldn't fix and he shared this knowledge with all he knew. John was an officer and mentor in Zeta Alpha Phi at SUNY Canton. He received his BA from R.I.T. John loved working with people, spending time at his Webster home & summers at his cottage. He loved all animals especially his two cats, Jasmine & Ellie.
As you can see by his happiness in this photo; patrolling the property or on the course, his favorite sport was Golf.
His family will receive friends THURSDAY 4:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family FRIDAY 10:00am at St. Kateri at St. Cecilia Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Humane Society At Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450 or your favorite Animal Rescue Organization.
