West Irondequoit: Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at age 44 after a courageous battle with Pulmonary Hypertension, surrounded by her family and friends. Pre deceased by her mother ; Karen Burgholzer, Jodie is survived by her loving husband; Michael Guerinot, step daughter; Alexis Rose Guerinot , her father; Joseph Burgholzer (Katherine Vidas), sister; Amy (Jesus) Aguilar, brother; Jake Burgholzer, sisters in law; Debbie (Peter) Leuzzi, Kathi Guerinot, brother in law Steven Guerinot, nephews & nieces; Otis , Lydia, Indra , Nate, Brent & Jake.
Her family will receive friends SATURDAY 10:00 - 12:30PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where her funeral service will be held SATURDAY 12:30 PM. Interment at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be directed to Pulmonary Hypertension Assoc.
