Pittsford: Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the age of 74. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Anna Mitrano, sisters, Isabel Triano and Philomena Mitrano. Rev. Mitrano is survived by his sisters, Sister Concetta Mitrano, SSJ, , Sister Cora Marie Mitrano, SSJ, Sister Ann Regina Mitrano, SSJ and Frances(Eugene) Uttaro, brothers, Vincent P.(Jeanette) Mitrano and Gerard A. (Barbara) Mitrano, 8 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and great nephews, numerous cousins, dear friends and Confreres of the Congregation of St. Basil. Father Mitrano is a graduate of St. John Fisher College class of 1963.
Callings hours will be Wednesday 4:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday 11:00 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Basilian Fathers Missions, PO Box 708, Sugar Land, TX 77487.
