Obituary of Patricia M. Kremer

Kremer, Patricia M. Brighton: Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Predeceased by her parents Hugh and Marie Smith. Pat is survived by her children, Joshua Kremer, Natalie (Daniel King) Kremer; grandchildren, Cameron, Chloe, Sarah; brothers, Jim (Barb), Greg (Kathleen), Phil (Eva); many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Pat graduated from Daemen college and then went on for her nursing degree.She worked at Genesee, Rochester General, Strong memorial hospitals, and in private practices. Pat enjoyed painting and ceramics, and made beautiful pieces for family and friends. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren. Her family will receive friends FRIDAY 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 9:30 AM at HOLY SPIRIT CHURCH (1355 Hatch Road) for her funeral mass. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
