Rochester: Suddenly on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the age of 52. Predeceased by his mother, Jean J. Allen. Bill is survived by his daughter, Kayla Allen; granddaughter, Savannah Mae Smith; father, Edward Allen; brother, Scott Allen; sister, Melissa (Lionel) Vega; nephews, Nito Figueroa & Jose Polanco; niece, Mya Figueroa; aunt, Roberta (Art) Stollery; cousin, Doreen (Gary) Blankenbush
His family will receive friends Wednesday 5-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his funeral service will follow at 7:00pm. Interment Private.
