It is with heavy heart that I write these words. Your brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather was an angel in my life. He meant the world to me in so many ways. Our friendship began as a family friend and from then on Leo always was there for me as a mentor and close friend. I admired him for many reasons. He always could see the positive in everything and brought out the best in people. His love of God showed through in everything he did. There wasn't an event in my life that I didn't share with Leo, good and bad. He never gave me the slightest indication that it was too much for him to handle or that it was trivial nonsense. Leo is truly in heaven with your mother now which puts a smile on my face and in my heart, although I am also crying. We will miss his physical presence, but he will always be with me, as he will with all of you as you remember and experience many moments when he will flash in your heart and mind. God bless you all. Please know that, although I do not know all of you personally, I will always consider you part of my family too.
