Chili: Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Pre-deceased by her husband Bruno and brother Michael Jastrebski. Survived by her sons, Carl (Robyn) Kukielka, Edward (Elizabeth) Kukielka; brother, Joseph Siekierski, grandchildren, Kristina (Terry) Moss, Michael Kukielka, Andrea (Joey) Riddle, Stephanie Kukielka and Eric Thorne, Megan (Tim) Duffy also survived by Debbie Stein Kukielka, 4 great-grandchildren and one niece and nephew.
Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY, September 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM at ST. STANISLAUS CHURCH for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Joseph A.
