Paul was a wonderful person. He helped my husband and I get our home...I looked him up because our children were looking for a home and wanted his advice. I hope someone see this and realize that he touched alot of people, helped alot of people...he had a great heart.
I am sorry that I did not know that he passed, the world is missing a warm and caring human being.

To the Family of Mr. Failing: I read of the loss of your dear loved one, and would like to extend my condolences. Although it is never easy to deal with the loss of a loved one, Our Heavenly Father, gives us the strength to cope. His Word assures us that He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). May your many precious memories of Mr. Failing, and the peace of God, bring a measure of comfort to your grieving hearts through the very difficult days ahead (2 Corinthians 1:3,4; Philippians 4:6,7). Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

I was saddened to hear of Mr. Failing's passing. I first met him when he was on the Boards at Town Hall. He was always willing to listen to all sides of an issue, willing to explore solutions for problems and tried to better the Town of Irondequoit. Later on, He was often a customer of mine at the Home Depot when he needed materials for his projects. Mr. Failing was always gentleman even when dealing with the toughest of issues. A kindly soul who will be sorely missed by those who knew him. My sincerest sympathy and prayers go out to his loving family. Rest in Peace, Mr. Failing, your earthly journey is over and your heavenly travels have just begun.

May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding...(Philippians 4:7) be with you all at this time of loss.
The touching dedication made me tear up and see the beauty that was Paul's life. The children, the family and you Nancy, his loving helpmate, his wife. The Lord saw that and saw his pain now, so He chose to take him home ....too soon for human understanding, but the right time in the sight of God.
There is no death! The stars go down to rise upon some fairer shore. And bright in Heaven's jewelled crown, they shine forever more.
With much love,
Marie

Paul was and still is a great man. I worked with him at Nothnagle Realtors for many years and he is the only person that I have ever let call me Marci and get away with it. We use to laugh about it cause even after I would tell him that wasn't my name he would still call me that the next time he came in the office or called me to help him with something. He will be truly missed.

Aunt Nancy, Jeff and Kimmy, the video tribute was beautiful! I loved every minute of it. On this site we're going to be able to read many stories of how Uncle Paul touched other people's lives and I know that they are going to be beautiful, kind, loving, funny stories because when I think of Uncle Paul those are the qualities that he possessed and exhibited everyday of his life.
I know the pain you're all in right now and know that Uncle Paul would not want that for you so hopefully you will draw comfort from the posts that will be written here and that the memories will ease that pain and put smiles on your faces.
When I think of Uncle Paul, I think of all the advice that he had given to Mike and I on so many different occasions and his awesome stories, stories of his childhood, stories of his life experiences, etc. He is missed but will never be forgotten. We love you ALL and are here for you any time, day or night.
All our love,
Mike, Pam and Mikey

Jeff and family...I know how much Paul meant to you and how much he did for others. I truly cannot think of many people who did as much for others with their time as Paul did. Jeff, I know you guys were really close and it was a great thing to see father and son work side by side as friends. I can't fathom such a loss, but hope you find peace and comfort as he can be with you in spirit everywhere you now go.
