Mary and I sat next to each other for 17 years - and they were good years.. We were such a good team, but more importantly, we were such good friends. We laughed together and we cried together, sharing each others ups and downs. I was very blessed to have her as my friend, my buddy.

I remember Mary fondly when we were cheerleaders at Holy Rosary - she was 4 years ahead of me - she was a role model to me because of her beautiful spirit and smile. So many times, I tried to imitate her in leadership and in cheer leading moves, but it was more about her insides than out. I was blessed to know you Mary.
And now, even more blessed to now Tricia, through my daughter-in-law Jen - Tricia, your resemblance is amazing - God be with you and all your family during this time of grief. I pray you treasure every memory and make tons of new ones in her honor.

Dearest Patrick, Michelle, Trisha and family,
We are so sincerely sorry to hear of Mary's passing. Sometimes things just don't make sense. Why does God choose someone so young and once vibrant, why did she have to suffer for seven years. There are no answers. You all did everything possible to show how much she meant to all of you. Find comfort in knowing you all have someone up there that is on your side.
"You will feel her in the breeze, you will see her in sunbeams, in the evening she will be the brightest star in the sky. Little things will remind you of her joy. One day at a time."
Tom & Debbie Calabrese
