Ontario: Suddenly on Saturday August 29, 2009 at the age of 33, Tim went to be with his mother, Diane, sister, Carol and niece, Justina. Tim is survived by his best friend for many years and wife, Jen Kolb; 19 month old daughter, Reese Taylor; father, Lawrence LeBerth; sisters and brothers, Diane(Garin) Fox, Laurie(Lance) Pinto, Larry, Donny(Michelle) LeBerth, Lisa(Tony) Gillette; father and mother-in- law, Jim(Marilynn) Kolb; sister-in law and brothers-in-law, Terrie(John) Knapp, Josh and John Michael Kolb; many nieces and nephews and his three mini dachshunds, Chester, Belle, and Oliver.
His family will receive friends THURSDAY 4-8 pm at the funeral home, where his funeral service will be held FRIDAY 10:30 AM. Interment Calvary Cemetery at St. Mary's of the Lake in Ontario. Please consider donations to the Reese Taylor Education Fund at any Key Bank.
