Obituary of Jeanette Maira

Maira, Jeanette Irondequoit: Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the age of 86. Pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph. She is survived by her children, Anthony J. Maira, Joseph (Ana) Maira, Paul Maira, Sue (Jeff) Dangler, Steven (Monica) Maira, Janice (Russell) Mahan, Lucille Maira; nephew, Ross (Wally) Cordaro; 21 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; cousins, The Lodato family, Mike Morella of California; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She will be remembered as a woman with great love, warmth and affection to all her family and friends. Jeanette worked at Eastman Kodak for 25 years. She loved socializing with her friends, playing cards and was always the life of the party. Jeanette could light up any room she walked into. She also enjoyed dancing with her husband Joseph & cooking. Most of all, her passion was being around her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her. Her family will receive friends Friday 8:30am - 9:15am at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Following calling hours please join the family at 9:30am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for her funeral mass. Entombment Irondequoit Cemetery.
