Dear Rice Family, On a seldom occasion I ran into Bob at the Rail Diner next to Delta Sonic with his friend Rosemary. It was nice to chat and see him again but these meetings were too few. Back in the late 60’s, Bob was always present at the house parties we had every week or every other Saturday night at my sister Nan’s or our home on Flower City Pk. Bob was a good friend of my brother Ned’s and the friendship spilled over to our whole family. He was an ever present attendee at our poker games and also later with my brother in law George and his buddies. Hard to believe that he is gone but at least he can once again play poker with my brothers and the rest of his buddies. Bob left a lot of good memories and sad to say that so many friendly people I have met through the years are now gone. God bless. Sincerely, Sam and Barb Farah

Dear Rice Family- I am Rosemary's daughter and I want you to know how much Bob meant to our family and to me personally. I loved him very much and he will be greatly missed. It is so like him to not want any kind of service, but I wish there was some way to honor his life. I can only trust that in life he knew how much I loved and respected him. With deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts we extend our condolences to the family and friends of Bob. Having known Bob and his family for over 55 years, it would be impossible to list all the great memories we shared. His family's service station (Buss and Pete's) was like a "clubhouse" for all of us to meet, at one time or another. We still stayed in touch, however, especially when he wanted to come over for Loretta's pasta and meatballs or egg plant parm. I will always remember Bob for his undaunted loyalty and honesty which made him a true friend, forever. His one word answers and infectious laughter will stay with us forever. And thank you Bob, for just being Bob. You will truly be missed by all. Rest in peace, my good friend. Fred and Loretta Rischenole

Bob was such great friend, it so hard to think that He is gone. We played cards every Tuesday night for over 30 years.Our family's knew not to make planes for that night, that was our night with Bob.
