Irondequoit: Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the age of 80. Mrs. Proper is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Lewis; children, Susan(Michael)Jamieson, Laurie(Joseph)Balcerak, James, Michael and John(Tracey)Proper, 17 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday January 23rd at 11:00am at Vineyard Christian Fellowship (2150 Portland Ave.) for her memorial service. Interment will be held in private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
