In addition to all of your children and grandchildren that surrounded the tables in your home every Friday night there was always room for me to sit and eat, to run and play in your yard, and room to swing from one of the many branches of your Japanese Maple tree in your front yard.
When the ice storm hit in 91 you still had power in your home when we didn't ...and you had room for my sister Amadea and I to sleep on your floor for a week along with all your grand children. I wish I could have thanked you one more time in person for your kindness to me all these years and said good bye... but to all your family that you have left behind I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart and I am so sorry for your great loss; your brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather is truly a great man and he will be dearly missed.
