I was sadden by the news of Aunt Pat's passing. I always loved to be around her as she lit up the room with her spirit, energy, and voice. My biggest regret is not visiting enough. Aunt Pat and Uncle Ed raised a wonderful family and I hope you all take solace in her memories and in each other. My condolences to Uncle Ed, and to my cousins and their families. May you take strength from each other. Aunt Pat, you've done good, time to rest. "May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand."
