Hajduczok, Maria
Irondequoit: Thursday, July 21, 2016 at age 61. Predeceased by her parents Gregory and Anastasia Hajduczok. Maria is survived by her brothers, Roman (Daiva) Hajduczok and George Hajduczok, nephew, Lesyk, niece, Katya and family in the U.S., Ukraine and Italy.
Her family will receive friends Monday 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral home, Panachyda 6:30 pm. Friends are invited to meet the family Tuesday 10:00 am at Ukrainian Catholic Church of Epiphany for her Divine Liturgy. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Ukrainian American Youth Association Camp., C/O Mary Cormier, 6060 South Brook Drive, Ontario, NY 14519.
