Obituary of Gale Eugene Smith

Smith, Gale Eugene Irondequoit Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at age 76. Pre-deceased by his sister Myrna Marcille Yahn, his brother, Harold Edwin Smith & niece Nancy May Valentine. Mr. Smith is survived by nieces; Glendola Yahn & Sherry Quaintance also several great nieces,nephews & a great great nephew. Mr. Smith was a member of Rochester Hookbill, Rochester Geneology Society, Rochester Theater Organ Society, National Railroad Historical Society; Rochester Chapter, New York Museum of Transportation & Genesee & Ontario Model Engineers.A retired Chemist with the Eastman Kodak Co., a graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School, Bowling Green State University and advanced degree from Michigan State University. His family will receive friends TUESDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home, where his funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City, Ohio.
