Boston, MA formerly of Rochester. Thursday, October 15, 2009. Predeceased by his parents, Christopher and Angela. Mr. Provenzano is survived by brother, Charles Provenzano, sister, Joann(Raymond) Crystal ; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 10:00am at PEACE of CHRIST PARISH at ST. AMBROSE CHURCH for his funeral mass. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
