Dear Penkitis Family,
I'm sending my deepest sympathies concerning the death of your father, husband Vic. He was a wonderful neighbor to me and I will miss him greatly. I always knew when to come home from Florida because he had already cut my grass twice. He often would help me with getting my lawnmower started when it it needed a new battery. Who knew? I will always remember the laughs he ,Cy and I had trying to get my unruly flag up the flagpole, especially after I accidenetly let go of the rope!. He not only could get the flag up the pole but would purchase a new flag besides.I often said to Cy and Vic when they moved I would too. He added a friendly dimension to the neighborhood and we will all miss him.
