Rochester: Passed away at the Sisters of St. Joseph Mother House on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the age of 85. Fr. Paul is survived by his sister, Carol Guzman, of Ottawa, Canada and two brothers, William and David Broadhurst of Toronto, Canada. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Mary Shea. He was ordained in 1960. He completed his undergrad and graduate degrees at the University of Toronto. Fr. Paul taught for many years at St. John Fisher.

Fr. Paul Broadhurst will lie in state on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00pm at the Sisters of St. Joseph Mother House (150 French Rd.) His funeral mass will be held on Wednesday 1:00pm at St. John Fisher Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil The Great. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Basilian Fathers Scholarship Fund at St. John Fisher College, 3690 East Ave., Rochester, NY 14618.
