Irondequoit: Monday, July 23, 2018 at the age of 79 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Pre-deceased by her husband, Edward and grandson, Evan Woodward. She is survived by her children, Linda (Dan) Zyierzynski, Dean (Barbara) Smith and Vicki (Bruce Cycyk) Cancilla; grandchildren, Lydia Zyierzynski, Brooke Smith, Nicole Smith, Charles (Amy) Cancilla Jr., Stephanie (Daniel Woodward) Cancilla and their father, Charles Cancilla; great grandchildren, Sophia, Corey, Jayce, Brady and Kalianna; brother, Daniel (Donna) Shinners; sister, Sharon Shinners and several nieces.

Her family will receive friends Thursday 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.), where her funeral service will be held Friday 10:00am. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.
