Obituary of Gordon P. Haines

Haines, Gordon P. Irondequoit; Peacefully, Saturday, August 11, 2018 at age 85. Gordon is survived by his wife of 61 years Jean, his daughter Sherry (Dave) Pater of PA., his son David of VT., grandson Timothy Haines (Anne) of MI, grandson John Pater of PA. and granddaughter Sarah Pater (fiancé Eric) of PA. Gordon worked at Eastman Kodak as a technical writer for thirty years. In retirement Gordon enjoyed fellowship at the Irondequoit Senior Center, playing bocce and pool with friends. Gordon appreciated the care he received for several years at St. Ann's Home and the family also is grateful for Gordon's tender care in his last days at The Hildebrandt Hospice Center. No prior calling. Friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service Saturday August 25th at 2:00 PM at the Rochester Christian Reformed Church 2750 Atlantic Ave. Penfield, N.Y. where Gordon was a longtime member.
