Joe, It was delightful meeting you way back, when you were active in GRACE (Greater Rochester Area Council on Excellence) & sharing all your Baldridge experience with us Quality newbies. And how double-ly delightful it was, years later, when you joined us at Web Seal as our quality consultant ... and became a friend to so many of us here.
