C. Suzanne Jakubowski

Rochester: Suzanne passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the age of 70. Predeceased by the father of her children, James "Jim"; siblings, Judith Mariani & David Dodson. She is survived by her children, Brian (Diane) Jakubowski, Stacey (Peter) Caughey and Terri Jakubowski; grandchildren, Daniel & Audrey Jakubowski, Zach Caughey & Julia Fazio; brother, Conrad "Tom" (Janet) Dodson; sister, Linda Altman; nieces, Robyn Macerelli, Robin Rogers, Michelle Dodson; nephew, Adam Dodson.

Suzanne loved spending time with her grandchildren and playing golf. She also likes gardening and planted a garden every year and loved working in it.
