I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I first met Pierrette at her sister Therese's funeral. She was very animated and quite a conversationalist, and very quick to come to the defense of all things French. In keeping with this my final tribute to your mom is "Viva la Quebec libre, Viva la Parti de Quebecois".With deepest sympathy to you and your extended family.

Michelle, Barbara and Jerry,
I was so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. “Pete”, as I knew her, was a lovely person. I have fond memories of your family from all of our days together on Webb Street. There is an old saying that “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal.” My sincere sympathy.

Michelle, Gerry, and Barbara,
Elizabeth and I offer our deepest condolences for the loss of your mom. I know it was her time, but it's still hard to fully appreciate that she's gone from this world. I'll always cherish the memories of your mom and dad--Aunt Pete and Uncle John. Us Devereaux cousins always felt like we had a special relationship with your parents. Your dad's dry wit and your mom's quick, exotic accent .... we always loved to be around you all. We hope that Friday is a special day filled with joyful memories for all.
Love,
Rick and Elizabeth Devereaux
