Dear Bill, Ken, Betty & Family- Having known Dave since 5th grade Dake I can say that he leaves wonderful memories. Some moments incredibly hilarious and others of great team sports accomplishments. One of the nicest guys ever not to mention the most talented natural athlete in our class. More recently he overlooked our property on Biltmore Dr. always stopping in to visit and discuss everything going on on the world. He will forever be regarded as classmate, team mate .... and GOOD FRIEND. Man, will he missed! Please accept my condolences on Dave's passing. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. - spider

David was one of the best friends anyone could have. He never hesitated to give a helping hand. I was lucky enough to grow up just across the street from him and his family. He was truly one of the good guys. He will be greatly missed.

We extend our condolences to Dave's family and to Ms. Bea. Dave was our neighbor. He was a good, kind neighbor. We hired him to plow our driveway and the driveway at our church in the winter. Dave and Ms. Bea often helped us with our garden. Dave also helped with our yard sometime. One year he planted eggplant in our garden. For the first time I made eggplant Parmesan and my family loved it. We will miss Dave very much. We'll miss seeing him and chatting with him. May God comfort and strengthen you all. May the words of the Lord Jesus give you peace, "Let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in God believe also in me . . ." (John 14:1) With heartfelt sympathy and prayers. The Mathis Family
