Dear Craig, Patty, Cathy and Tim---
We are so sorry about your Mom...so very sorry. You all must be feeling her loss deeply...she had such a gentle and good nature. Uncle Arnie and Aunt Lois were quite a team.
My childhood memories of Aunt Lois are of her being so sweet and kind to us kids...it felt as though she were taking care of us all. She had a beautiful smile and was such a lovely person, and she always had something nice, funny, or interesting to say. She sure loved everyone...you could feel that when you were in her presence. She was very special to our family. Oh she will be missed.
Please know we are thinking about you today and will continue to do so.
Sending you love and a wish for peace...

Dear Craig, Patty, Cathy, and Tim,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. She was such a sweet, caring person and being your neighbors for so many years brings back such great memories of the O'Brien family. Whenever we visited your house she made us feel so much at home. She would always let us sneak into that famous pantry with all those yummy foods and snacks and let us take something (poptarts!). She will always be remembered, and missed. And now she is reunited with Cheryl and OB after all these years. Thinking of you all.
