Luisa, my fellow Rochester AM Rotary members and myself are saddened to hear of the loss of your dear Husband. I’m sorry I did not know he had recent health issues. Wim had a warm and kind presence that will never be forgotten by all whom he encountered. I will miss his smile, especially when he spoke of his family. Dear family of Wim, I worked with Wim as he did preschool evaluations one summer. We washed the objects the children would touch and showed them how to wash their hands as part of their evaluation. I thought that was very caring as the community health nurse. Peace at last.
