Hilton: Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the age of 73. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Lionel Harvey; son, Lee Andrew Harvey; daughter, Allison J. (Eric) Endicott; grandchildren,Jack and Jorgia Harvey, Zane and Easten Endicott; sister, Andrea (George) Herndon; sisters-in-law, Shirley Knighton and Phyllis Mack.

JoAnn was an accomplished artist and designer. She was the proud owner of Talulah Petunias Antiques on S. Goodman St., where she worked alongside with her daughter, Allison. JoAnn was also a designer for Eastman Kodak and Teacher for the Rochester School for the Deaf.

She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and the best friend anyone could have.
