Frankie V is survived by his parents, Frank Kirchner IV & Amber Nelson-VanOrden; grandparents, Frank Kirchner III & Deborah Hyde, Millie Kirchner & Tracy Pagnoni, Marianne VanOrden & Robert Gardner; great-grandparents, Phyllis Kirchner, Paul & Marianne VanOrden and Elaine Hortop; aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Kirchner, Crystal VanOrden, Haley Gardner, Robert Gardner II and numerous great aunts and great uncles.

Frankie's funeral service will be held Thursday, August 15, 10:00 am at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Interment will be private. Memorials may be directed to Golisano Children's Hospital, Office of Advancement, 300 East River Road, P.O. Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627-0032.
