Dear Lynn and other family, Sincere and belated condolences for the loss of your brother, Bruce, who I’m pretty sure was my long time friend and neighbor beginning on Long Branch Ave in San Diego. We stayed in touch and talked periodically over the last 25 years. I have tried calling the last phone number I had for him and messaged him on Facebook, so finally googled him and was saddened to see what I think is his obituary. I wasn’t expecting to see that he passed. Bruce was a smart, funny, and nice guy. Tonight and other times over the last few times when I tried to call was usually his birthday or during a Bills game. Bruce gave me a Bills sweatshirt many years ago, I have been a fan since, and will always think of him whenever I see the Bills or think of our times on Long Branch in SD. Again sincere condolences. Lynn, So sorry to hear about Burce's passing. On a recent trip from my home in Florida to visit family and friends in Buffalo, I was notified of the death of our good friend and classmate. Although, I had not been in contact with Bruce is a very long time, I do recall our friendship back in high school at Cleveland Hill High in Cheektowaga, New York. So many fond memories eating lunch and laughing together everyday. No doubt Bruce was a person who everyone would call a great guy. We shared many fun times. May he be lifted into the Lords palace where we will all meet again! Peace to you and your family during this difficult time. Gary Preston Class of 73
