Obituary of H. Patricia O'Neill

O'Neill, H. Patricia (Pat) IRONDEQUOIT – Sunday, August 25, 2019, age 94. Predeceased by her husband, William; brother, James Bardsley and sister Kathleen Crawley. She is survived by her daughters, Ellen O'Neill, Patricia O'Neill, Elizabeth (Gregg) Highley and Kathleen (Samuel) Centanni; son, William O'Neill; grandchildren, Caitlin (Michael) Ferro, Samuel (Kaylin) Centanni, Nicholas (fiancée Elizabeth Heron) Centanni and Michael Centanni; great-grandaughter, Penelope Ferro; brother-in-law, Wilfred Hesler and many nieces, nephews and friends. Pat was a graduate of Elms College, Chicopee, MA, magna cum laude 1946. She was a teacher with the Diocese of Rochester school system and Bishop Kearney High School, and was an active volunteer with many organizations after her retirement, including Meals on Wheels and the Mended Hearts program at Rochester General Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 30 at 11:00 am at St. Ann's Home Chapel. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery immediately following the Mass.
