What a remarkable woman! I will also remember her generous spirit & zest for life. There was many a card game she taught me & I am now playing them with my children & grandchildren. She was the best neighbor you could ask for. So many memories of Filon Neighborhood Corn Roasts & pool parties. Loved being included in family gatherings. Great friend to my parents, even after my Dad moved & was in the Friendly Home. So sorry for your loss.

Our condolences to the family. I have so many good memories of Ann. She always thought of others before herself, what she could do for someone, or give to someone, or what kind of cookies they might enjoy. We walked my dog together almost every day year round for many years after I retired and she was game for neighborhood walks, hikes in Durand Eastman Park, and most of the county parks. On one hike we somehow got off the trail and wound up on a deer trail on a steep hill. Where I'd get worried, she took everything in stride. She always wanted to do her part, take her turn in holding the leash for part of the walk, and it was hard to talk her out of it. She was one of a kind, a lovely person, and she is dearly missed.
