Irondequoit: Sunday, September 22, 2019 at the age of 95. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph; daughter, Suzanne. Phyllis is survived by her sons, Robert (Diane), John (Barbara); grandchildren, Susie, Joseph, Shawn, Chad, Sherrie (Matt) Hislop, Annie Parker-Baron, Katelyn Parker, Christina Parker, Alex Hard; great-grandson, Maverick Register and sister, Marilyn Drumm.
Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society- Finger Lakes Region, 1120 S. Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14620.
