TO THE FAMILY OF ANGELA SOBON IT IS WITH A HEAVY HEART THAT I WRITE THIS NOTE SO SOON AFTER ATTENDING YOUR DADS SERVICE AT ST. ANNES WITH OTHER FELLOW XEROX WORKERS AND FRIENDS. ART AND I WORKED TOGETHER FOR MANY YEARS AND WE BECAME FAST FRIENDS AND BOTH AT WORK AND SOCIALLY. ONE OF THE MANY HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR RELATIONSHIP WAS WHEN WE BOTH WERE SENT TO CALIFORNIA TO WORK ON A DESIGN PROJECT FOR A PRINTER WHERE ART DID THE MECHANICAL DESIGN AND I DID THE PLASTIC CASEWORK DESIGN. WE WERE THERE FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS AND HAD A DEAL WHERE MY WIFE JACKIE AND YOUR MOM WERE ABLE TO FLY OUT TO BE WITH US FOR A WEEKEND. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME TOGETHER THE 4 OF US AND IT WILL ALWAYS BE A CHERISHED MEMORY OF OURS' OUR SINCERE CONDOLENCES GEORGE AND JACKIE RITTBERG

I sent your mom a card when Art died & I will send one to you, her family shortly. My mom worked with your mom at Kheel Homes in the 1960's. I was the junior bridesmaid in your mom & dad's wedding. She was a lovely person then & I'm sure she still is. I'm very sorry to hear of her passing. I'm sorry I can't be there, but please know that my prayers & thoughts are with all of you at this difficult time. God Bless all of you.
